The role will require the ability to be able to provide learning support for children with a wide variety of needs including those with significant SEND.

We are looking for candidates who:

have a level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification
can demonstrate skills in delivering targeted interventions or working with children with SEND who have adapted curriculums
have secure knowledge, understanding and experience of delivering either Key Stage One, Two and/or EYFS curriculum.
have experience in improving outcomes for children in Reading, Writing and Maths, including the teaching of phonics
can demonstrate strong positive behaviour management strategies
always put the interest of the children first and want them to achieve to the very best of their ability
have a genuine passion about the power of education to improve lives
can communicate well with children, parents and colleagues
are team-players
have a good sense of humour.
